ONE-Dyas Norge’s focus is on strategic growth through the acquisition of operational development and production assets in the North Sea, both within and outside of our existing portfolio. We are also looking to take advantage of attractive investment opportunities to expand our operated asset base. In balancing assets within competitive, low-risk markets and emerging, higher-risk regions, ONE-Dyas Norge is building a diversified multi-asset portfolio, with enormous upside and production potential.

Fogelberg (PL433)


Fogelberg is a discovery in Haltenbanken in the Central Norwegian Sea. Gas and condensate in Ile and Garn Jurassic Formations. Equity acquired from Faroe Petroleum (now DNO)

Fogelberg NPD facts

Vette (PL972)


PL972 license was awarded after the APA2018 round. Vette was discovered by Phillips Petroleum in 1972. Several unsuccessful attempts in the past by other companies to commercialize the field

Development and Production

Nova (PL418)


Nova is a field located in the northern part of the North Sea, primarily in the PL418 license area. it is 17km southwest from Gjøa field and 50km northwest from Troll. The reservoir contains oil and gas in the Late Jurassic Heather Formation. PDO was approved in September 2018 and the first production is expected in 2021. One-Dyas Norge acquired 10% from Cairn Energy in August 2019 (currently pending authority approval)
